    Where you are, and a few basics about who you’d like to meet.

  3. Create your account

    Sign in with your Gmail. Your contact details stay private.

  4. Get matched and verified

    Answer the compatibility questions and a real person checks your profile. Then your introductions begin.

Introductions unlock once steps 1 to 4 are done.

Early Access opens 16 October 2026 in Ireland, the UK, the EU, India and the USA. Free until December 2026.

Use your Gmail address. Your one-time confirmation is sent only to this Gmail account.
Date of birth
For example 27 3 1990. You must be 18 or over. Only our verification team sees it.
At least 30 characters. Other members see this on your profile.
3 A little more about you

These short answers help people get to know the real you, and they all count towards your matches. Every answer is needed. Members you meet in HeartWise Chat can read them on your profile. Your email, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are never shown.

4 Your photos

At least one clear, recent photo. Shown only to members you're introduced to.

Next: a person on our team reviews your profile. We look at your photos and your Facebook or Instagram account, then approve your account. This is usually quick.

5 Choose a plan

Founding Members: from 16 October 2026 to December 2026 Early Access is free, with up to 5 introductions a month. Plus and Premium open in early 2027, and no one moves to a paid plan without choosing it.

Nothing to pay today. Every account starts free. If you choose Plus or Premium, you'll pay securely from My profile once verified, and can change or cancel at any time. Compare plans

6 Safety promise

A member of our team checks your photos and your social account before your account opens.

Your safety comes first. No check is perfect. Meet in a busy public place, take your time, and never send money, gift cards or bank details to anyone.

Faith is sensitive, so we keep it only with your clear agreement. You can skip it, or withdraw at any time in My profile, which deletes the answer. Privacy policy
