Who we are
HeartWise and Chat or Talk with LAX are run by Callibers Limited (CRO 814237), Dublin, Ireland, trading as HeartWise. Contact us at connect@heartwise.club.
Who can join: adults 18 and over only
HeartWise and LAX are only for adults aged 18 and over. You must give your real name and an original photo of yourself, confirm that you are 18 or over, and pass our team's review of your profile before your account goes live. We remove any account we believe belongs to someone under 18. Children never have accounts, including on Parents Networking.
Be honest and kind
Use your own identity and recent photos. Be respectful in every message, call and meeting. Harassment, hate, scams and requests for money are not allowed.
Accounts and verification
We may refuse, pause or remove any account that fails verification or breaks these rules. We do our best with first-level verification (Gmail, social account, photos and a review by a real person), but no check is perfect and we can't guarantee who anyone is or how they will behave. Meet in person in a public place and take enough time to get to know someone before taking things further, and stay alert to scammers: never send money or bank details. Every connection you make is your own responsibility.
Chat, contact details and video calls
Get to know other members through HeartWise chat first. Don't send phone numbers, email addresses or social media handles in chat, in digits or written out in words; messages that contain them are blocked. If you both want to share contact details, use "Ask to share contact details": the other member must agree, and the HeartWise team reviews the request before anything is shown. We recommend a video call before you meet in person. You can stop sharing or end a connection at any time. The HeartWise team may pause or end a connection, or refuse a contact request, with a reason recorded, if it is worried about someone's wellbeing or a rule has been broken. Never use details you were given to contact someone who has stopped sharing or ended a connection.
Other members' photos and details are shared with you only to use on HeartWise. Don't screenshot, save, copy or share them anywhere else. Photos are marked with your name when you view them, and breaking this rule leads to removal.
Reporting and blocking
You can report any member from a conversation or an introduction, choosing what kind of problem it is, and block anyone so that you no longer see, message or call each other (you can unblock them in My profile). Our safety team reads every report and aims to act within 24 hours, and within one hour for threats, anyone under 18, or intimate images shared without consent. While we look, the member may be held out of new introductions; that is not a decision against them. We tell you what we decided under “Reports you've made” in My profile, and we never tell the member who reported them. Anyone, with or without an account, can tell us about illegal content through our Report illegal content form, and we reply with our decision. We remove people who break these terms seriously, and they may not join again.
Our decisions and your right to appeal
If we refuse, restrict, pause or remove an account or content, we tell the person affected what we decided and why, unless the law or someone's safety prevents it. We tell you which rule the decision is based on, and that it was made by a person, not by an automated system. You can ask us to look again with “Ask us to look again” on your account page, by replying to our email, or by writing to connect@heartwise.club; a different member of the team reviews it, and we tell you the result and why. These steps follow the EU Digital Services Act. You may also use an out-of-court dispute settlement body, or your rights in the courts.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and words you share. You allow us to show them to the members you're introduced to and to use them to run HeartWise. Don't share anything you don't have the right to share, or anyone else's private information, including children's photos or details.
Leaving HeartWise
You can download your data or delete your account at any time from My profile. Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, answers and messages straight away.
Early Access Founding Members Program
HeartWise launches on 16 October 2026 in Ireland, the UK, the EU, India and the USA as an Early Access offer. Members who join the Early Access Founding Members Program get their free until December 2026, with up to 5 introductions a month; requests beyond 5 wait in a queue for the next month. As an Early Access offer, some features may change or be added as we learn from members. Plus and Premium open in early 2027, and nobody is moved to a paid plan without choosing it.
Plans and payment
HeartWise is free to join. HeartWise Paid plans (Plus and Premium) open in early 2027 and are priced by country; the price is shown before you choose a plan. They renew until you cancel, and end at the close of the month you cancel in. You can cancel online in My profile as easily as you subscribed. Before a yearly plan renews, we email you a reminder with the price and how to cancel. If you live in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days after buying a paid plan to change your mind and get a refund; if you ask us to start the plan straight away, we may keep a fair amount for the days you used. You only pay once your account is verified. We never show advertising.
LAX calls
LAX connects calls through our system so numbers stay private. Calls may be reviewed for safety when a report is made.
Contact points
Our single point of contact for members, for authorities in the EU (including Coimisiún na Meán, Ireland's Digital Services Coordinator) and for the European Commission under the EU Digital Services Act is connect@heartwise.club. We reply in English. In the UK, you can complain to us about content or about how we apply these terms under the Online Safety Act 2023 at the same address. In India, our Grievance Officer can be reached at the same address with "Grievance" in the subject; we acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. In the USA, write to the same address; you can also report fraud to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov, and in an emergency call 911.
Changes and the law
We'll tell you before these terms change in any important way. These terms are governed by Irish law, and nothing in them affects your rights as a consumer. If you live in the EU or the UK, you keep the consumer rights of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts there. If you live in India, you keep your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and may bring a claim before a consumer commission in India. If you live in the USA, you keep any consumer rights your state law gives you that can't be given up by contract, and nothing in these terms asks you to give up the right to go to court or to join a class action. How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
